Letters of LOVE
Planning Together for the Best Day of Your Life
What are they
Together, we write a 'Letter of Love to your Parents'.

The celebrant then reads aloud that letter to your parents at the start
of the ceremony. That way you can express your boundless love for
people in your life who are responsible for loving, caring. moulding, shaping the person you are today. It is your opportunity to tell them
how you really feel about them, and offer heartfelt sentiments of
love for the part they have played in your life.
Most readings will commence with, Dearest Mum and Dad,
I want to share my love with you on this day because .....
You then go on to speak about all the wonderful things that
they have done for you up to this point.
How does that letter get made ?
You answer a few questions which I send you. Those answers are compiled by me into a Loving Story about your parents.
That letter is read at the start of the ceremony by me.
After the reading I hand an envelope to both sets of parents
which contains a copy of their Letter Of Love, printed on
beautiful parchment paper. A wonderful keepsake for all of
them to cherish as part of your wonderful wedding day.
Why do we have a 'Letter of Love' & NOT Your Love Story.
Most people in attendance already know your love story, what
they don't know are some of the finer points in your journey-of-life
up to this point via the guidance, love, care, support and
love by your parents.
It's a beautiful way to start the ceremony and usually, there
is not a dry eye in the house once we have read both letters
to the assembled crowd, prior to commencing your Wedding
ceremony. A perfect way to recognise both sets of parents
and show your love and admiration.
The "Letter Of Love" is a FREE Service to all Couples and my
preferred way of showing the love you hold in your hearts for your parents. It is a unique touch that THEY, and You, will remember
forever. You can have the traditional Love Story if you prefer, this
is an option that allows you to skip the traditional Love Story
& offer heartfelt love & thanks to your parents.
